Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund oWe check all of our goods before they leave our premises, however we are only human and sometimes a faulty product may slip through. If you believe that you have received a faulty product, please contact us at email@example.com or on 0412 709 044 to arrange a return as soon as you notice.
Prince and Cub is not required by law to offer a refund or replacement for change of mind purchases for nappies due to hygienic reasons. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and at our discretion, we may offer a store credit or exchange minus delivery costs. Any change of mind returns must be returned in original, unwashed, unused condition with original packaging. All change of mind returns will be inspected prior to store credit or exchange being granted.
Prince and Cub will happily assist you with a faulty product if the fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please contact us before you return goods to us. Please note, damage that occurs from washing and drying errors, including heat damage and/or not following washing recommendations is not considered a fault and will not be replaced. However, we are happy to discuss options of buying replacement shells.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: PO Box 383, Proserpine, QLD 4800.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
